Pokémon Pikachu

Whenever Pikachu meets something new, he can hit it with an electric discharge. If you come across, for example, blackened berries - this is direct evidence that Pikachu mistook them for something else.

Pikachu stores a charge of electricity in accumulating bags in his cheeks. When Pokémon sleep, they are charged. Sometimes a creature can discharge a small amount of charge when awakened.
